Shipping policy & costs

We deliver physical goods within Germany and selected European countries; digital goods also outside of Germany.

*Please note that for delivery to other EU countries (all except Germany), import sales tax and customs charges may apply. The costs for this will be borne by the recipient.

 

Delivery times

The delivery of the goods takes place 1-6 working days after receipt of the order confirmation unless a different period is specified in the item description. There is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. Depending on the country you're ordering to, the total time of shipping may vary. This is due to the shipping provider.
